Our team
At The Fini Company, our employees play the leading role in their careers. They all move around and seek development through the programmes available. Therefore, our positions are filled internally with about 90% of our workers appointed from within.

The primary role of the company's leadership is humanised management that creates true relationships through assertive and empathetic communication, providing feedback and feedforward in a continuous and consistent manner, while playing the role of a trainer and educator of the team.
Management's fundamental role is to deliver results through its people. In this context, leadership is developed to take quick and assertive decisions with a vision of the whole, prioritising solutions aligned with strategic guidelines and directing the team effectively, considering the planning and impacts on the business.
Of course, it is essential for the leader to be the one who builds the future by setting an example of the company's desired culture, taking risks in the constant search for innovations and opportunities and, in particular, improving their technical and behavioural skills.

The protection and physical wellbeing of our employees is extremely important to us. So we prioritise the elimination of workplace accidents and illnesses through a qualified technical team made up of engineers, managers, a prevention team and the respective committees, safety and nursing technicians, as well as firefighters, transport monitors and safety officers to take care of everything.
